US agribusiness giant Cargill Aqua Nutrition has hired Kate Hibbard as its group lead lawyer.

Hibbard, who was hired in November according to LinkedIn, formerly served as a partner in the Minnesota-based law firm Greene Espel, which represents individuals, businesses, and public sector clients in complex litigation.

The firm serves as a trial counsel for a wide spectrum of commercial and public sector disputes, from securities fraud, antitrust, and intellectual property litigation to the defense of employment and products liability class actions.

Cargill has 19 dedicated aquafeed mills in 12 countries, and is one of the world's largest aquaculture feed providers.
