Former Trident Seafoods executive Torunn Knopf Halhjem will be joining the ranks of one of Russia's largest pollock suppliers, sources familiar with the situation told IntraFish.
Halhjem, who spent nearly two decades with Trident Seafoods spearheading the group's international Alaska pollock and hake sales, left the group last month.
Halhjem will assume a similar role at Seattle-based Polar Bear Enterprise, the exclusive sales and marketing arm of Russia's second-largest pollock producer, Gidrostroy.
