Faced with two major 'disruptive forces' of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Brexit 'farce', Guus Pastoor, president of the European Fish Processors Association (AIPCE), says it takes a robust and flexible organization to cope with these challenges.
He looks back on the specific challenges facing the industry in 2020 and his hopes for seafood trade to flourish in 2021.
What was the most important change your organization made in 2020?
Obviously we had, like most others, to change to web meetings and set up flexible structures.
