US seafood executive Christopher Brown has started a new position as director of operations at Sysco supplier Eastern Fisheries. Brown comes from four years at lobster supplier East Coast Seafood Group, where he was most recently a category manager.
It is not Brown's first role at Eastern Fisheries. He was a domestic sales/inventory analyst for the group between June 2015 and April 2017, before which he was owner/operator at Brown Family Seafood in Rhode Island.
