Catherine Clark, the former international commercial manager at Scotland's Dawnfresh Seafoods, is joining Clearwater Seafood's MacDuff as category lead for its king scallop business.

Clark will start in her new role on Feb. 22 and will be based in Mintlaw in Scotland.

She has been at Dawnfresh for almost six years in a number of roles.

Since joining in July 2016 she has held the roles of commercial executive and international trading manager, and has been international commercial manager since October 2020.
