Canadian-owned Cooke Aquaculture strengthened its leadership team in Orkney, Scotland as operations continue to grow.
Robert Peterson, the company's Orkney area manager, will retain his overall responsibility over the area focusing on production sites off the mainland and Hoy, effective March 1.
Cooke also hired Stewart Rendall for the newly created role of North Isles manager. Rendall preciously managed the company's Westray sites and will now take on the responsibility for the Rousay and Stronsay sites, occupying more exposed locations around the Orkney coast.
