Peter Reidie, CEO of New Zealand seafood giant Sanford, is stepping down from the company with immediate effect.

Craig Ellison, currently a board member at Sanford, was appointed as the company’s interim CEO while it searches for a replacement for Reidie, who has led Sanford since April 2021.

Reidie will remain with Sanford on a contract basis to assist with the handover to Ellison and to consult on some key projects.
