The CEO of Coastal Villages Region Fund (CVRF), one of Alaska's Community Development Quota (CDQ) groups, stepped down from his role after a lengthy tenure, the group announced Wednesday.

Morgen Crow, who held the role for 22 years, will be replaced by Eric Deakin.

CVRF owns and operates several vessels targeting Bering Sea species, including most notably the Northern Hawk, an Alaska pollock factory trawler operating in the Bering Sea.
