US seafood chain Captain D's announced yesterday that Brad Clark has joined the company as chief supply chain officer, reported Yahoo! Finance.
Clark has over 20 years of experience in leading procurement and food safety initiatives for restaurant service brands. He was with PF Chang's China Bistro for seven years, most recently as vice president of supply chain, food safety and quality assurance. He was also spent 21 years working with the Unified Food Service Purchasing Co-op.
In his new role, he will be supporting the company's ongoing expansion throughout the United States.
