Brett Cooke takes over as True North's global supply director

Brett Cooke has been promoted to director of global supply at Cooke Aquaculture-owned True North Seafood Company.

Cooke has spent nearly 12 years as the Canada-based firm's sales and production coordinator.

He was also previously operations manager at Cooke Aquaculture.

True North, which supplies Martha Stewart-endorsed lines of salmon and Alaska pollock, last month promoted Matthew Kilfoil to vice president of sales and marketing.
