UK-based shellfish supplier Big Prawn Co. named former Pricewaterhouse Coopers employee Richard Bland to head up its finance department.
Bland took over as finance director at Big Prawn in September, according to his LinkedIn profile.
The company also hired Allen Townsend, formerly the managing director of Iceland Seafood UK, as commercial managing director in April.
Big Prawn recently partnered with family-run business The Happy Prawn Co. to promote the Big & Happy brand Indonesian black tiger shrimp, which was available in UK retail giant Morrison's for a limited time period in December 2019.
