The management reshuffle at US pollock giant American Seafoods continued on Thursday with the departure of one of the company's executive vice presidents.

Margery Schelling, American's executive vice president of marketing strategy and innovation, is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities, a source with knowledge of the management change confirmed to IntraFish. The parting was amicable, the source added.

Schelling joined the seafood producer in 2017, shortly after the arrival of former CEO Mikel Durham.
