Norwegian krill harvester and processor Aker BioMarine has appointed Ragnhild Dragoy as director of sustainability and Marte Dalsegg as its new communications director.

Dragoy comes from the Norwegian Institute of Food, Fisheries and Aquaculture Research, Nofima, where she was research director, and Dalsegg was previously Aker BioMarine’s content manager.

As director of sustainability, Dragoy will be responsible for identifying and implementing initiatives to support the company's efforts to improve human and planetary health.

Dalsegg will be responsible for Aker BioMarine’s global external communication, which is designed to lift awareness of the company’s mission, operations, people and products.
