Like so many seafood companies, the past several years have brought a unique set of challenges to US-based seafood wholesaler Santa Monica Seafood.

CEO Roger O'Brien has kept the company moving forward during this difficult time by leaning on the resiliency of his employees. "We’re determined, confident, tough, flexible, and adaptable," he said.

But as we round the corner to 2023, the company is now ready to expand its operations and management team, among other initiatives.

What were your biggest challenges in 2022, and how has your business adapted to them?

2022 was a very rough year but it was a cakewalk compared to the prior two.
