Honestly, it shouldn't be this hard to sell seafood.
It is the healthiest animal protein available. It offers a variety for every palate. It is easy to cook and works with almost any recipe you can pull out of a cookbook. It is readily available. And it is affordable.
So what the heck is the problem?
If the last couple of years have taught me anything about consumer seafood purchasing habits, they have taught me this: It is all about price.
