It can sometimes feel as though aquaculture is in the shadows, not really generating much public interest despite providing over half of the seafood we eat.

It can be frustrating for those of us who see the health and economic benefits that farmed seafood is already bringing to millions around the globe, and believe in its potential to help feed the planet’s growing population.
