Whole Foods enters UK market with Fresh & Wild acquisition

Seattle (WA), USA: Whole Foods Market, Inc. on Friday announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire UK- based Fresh & Wild Holdings Limited in a stock purchase transaction for approximately $38 million, subject to certain post-closing adjustments.
