Norway-based PricewaterhouseCooper's (PwC's) Torben Foss and Jorgen Horntvedt are standing before a difficult challenge: They have been assigned to draw up a business plan for ailing multinational seafood company Pescanova.

In cooperation with its office in Madrid, the fisheries lawyer Foss and Horntvedt, MBA, have to submit a concrete plan to the company's administrators Deloitte by October.
