At this year's Boston seafood show, Daniel Belliveau of Shediac Lobster Shop in New Brunswick, Canada, was introducing customers to the company's whole, raw lobster tails, which are produced using high-pressure processing (HPP) technology.

Belliveau said the use of HPP means his lobster tails are as close to live lobster as you can get in a frozen product.

The product is perfect for the growing lobster market in China.

Belliveau also showcased the company's lobster motorcycle, which was a big hit on social media, he said.
