Trident Seafoods has rolled out a new product – a cater-cut smoked King Salmon side, described as a “premium troll-caught Alaska King Salmon.” The three to five pound, 20 inche fillets are hand cut from fish 11 to 18 pounds in weight.
The company intends them to become “year-round favorites for catered events, weddings and celebrations that demand the finest fish available.”
Each fish is trimmed, and the pin bones are removed prior to curing with a traditional salt and brown sugar rub.
