Three months on the job and Trans Ocean President Murry Park said he's gained a strong understanding of the surimi business, it's opportunities and how the Bellingham, Washington-based company can strengthen its place among pollock producers.
"It's becoming more and more obvious when you're competing on this stage you have to be efficient in all your processes and everything you do," Park told IntraFish.
This season has provided the surimi producer with good, steady results in its production volume, leaving Park and his team to discover new sales landscapes.
