Young’s Seafood is reshuffling its buying teams on chilled seafood, sources told IntraFish.

Nicola Lowry, formerly chilled buying director, is leaving the business.  

Lowry, who joined Young’s in 2010 after 18 years at Alliance Boots, will be replaced on chilled buying by Tam Muldoon.

Muldoon has worked in the Young’s organization since 1985 and was most recently running the Young’s Marsden Road processing plant.

He will now be chilled and operations director, with Stuart Caborn continuing to lead the frozen side of the purchasing.
