Scottish salmon farmer Loch Duart scooped up the Foodservice Product of the Year award at the Scotland Food and Drink Excellence Awards.
It was presented to Simon Maguire, finance director of Loch Duart, at an award ceremony May 18 at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.
"We’re really thrilled to get this award," said Alban Denton, managing director of Loch Duart. "Our staff work at sea in all weathers to bring our salmon to the market and the fine taste of them is what brings people back to eat them again and again.
