MW Brands -- acquired by TUF in a €680 million ($888 million) deal on July 28 – is a major European player for ambient seafood with its brands John West, Petit Navire, Hyachinthe Parmentier and Mareblu.
Now, TUF could use MW Brands' relationships with retailers and brand strength to expand into the frozen segment, said Sarachada Sornsong, an analyst with Thanachart Securities.
