With Christmas just around the corner, the smoked salmon industry is preparing itself for the busiest time in its calendar.
Major supermarkets have placed their orders and factories are producing full speed now to complete the orders, Peter Bamberger, chairman of the Danish Seafood Association, told IntraFish.
