The Saucy Fish Co., part of Icelandic Group, is expanding into the Australian market under the initial brand name The Speedy Fish Co.
The name was chosen due to current trademark issues, but the Grimsby-based company hopes to re-introduce the Saucy Fish Co. brand name once this has been resolved, it said in a statement.
The brand’s fish and sauce combinations will be sold in Coles and Woolworths supermarkets within Western Australia.
The initial product line up will include four ready to cook fish and sauce combinations, and two Ready to Enjoy salmon fillet variants.
