Two producers in northern Norway reported the following prices for next week’s sales:

  • 3-4 kilos: NOK 38 (€4.80/$6.80) - NOK 39 (€4.90/$7)
  • 4-5 kilos: NOK 39 (€4.90/$7) - NOK 40 (€5.10/$7.20)
  • 5+ kilos: NOK 40 (€5.10/$7.20)

”We are getting told that activity in the market is lackluster. That could indicate that the buyers are not willing to pay what the producers are asking for -- at least for now,” one producer said.

Another producer in northen Norway reported higher prices:

  • 3-4 kilos: NOK 39.75 (€5/$7.10)
  • 4-5 kilos: NOK 40.25
