The per-kilogram price for Norwegian salmon has increased nearly NOK 4 (€0.54/$0.71) from last week, and has now settled at around NOK 27 (€3.60/$4.80) per kilogram, delivery Oslo, reported news agency TDN Finans on Friday.
"The prices have settled around NOK 27 (€3.60/$4.80) per kilo for Oslo 4+, and are slightly lower for smaller salmon," one exporter told TDN Finans, adding one can expect increased production of smaller salmon due to lower sales volumes of feed.
One purchaser agreed, and told TDN Finans: "Salmon prices are well up."
