US-based value-added seafood supplier Blue Horizon Wild is rolling out its new, reformulated Alaska salmon Surf Burgers in Kroger supermarkets across the United States, with a promotion running through July 15.
Blue Horizon Wild is owned by Framingham, Massachusetts-based Elevation Brands, which uses its facility there to produce salmon burgers and other value-added seafood items.
The company’s grill-ready Surf Burgers are made from wild-caught Alaska salmon and flavored with natural spices and cheeses. The patties are gluten-free and are free from synthetics, fillers, and chemical preservatives.
