For more than a year the Russian anti-monopoly service FAS has been investigating cartel activities of importers of Norwegian salmon and trout.
The conclusion it has made now is devastating: FAS named a group of eight importers, which allegedly breached free competition rules at several occasions by forming a cartel.
These firms include Russian Sea, Severnaya, Atlant Pacific and SK Ritejl, according to a report on FAS’ website.
People within smaller companies North ITA Company, SK Fish and Profibiznes were also found guilty of the same charges.
