Arkhangelsk Trawl Fleet (ATF) -- the largest fishing company in Russia's Arkhangelsk region -- is set to order four new bottom trawlers at domestic shipyards this year.
"The company will place orders at shipyards in Vyborg and possibly in Kaliningrad for four trawlers of the latest generation for cod and haddock fishing in the Barents Sea," Alexei Zaplatin, CEO at the company, told IntraFish.
All vessels must will be commissioned by the end of 2018.
According to Zaplatin, the first ship will be ordered in mid-2016.
