Simon Jarding, former director of cooperate business development at Royal Greenland, is the new managing director of Canadian crab and coldwater shrimp processor Quin-Sea Fisheries, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Jarding relocated to Newfoundland and Labrador after Royal Greenland snapped up Quin-Sea in late 2015, and worked in the function of a liaison officer following the deal.
He joined Royal Greenland back in 2001, according to his profile on LinkedIn, and took over the helm at Quin-Sea in April this year.
Royal Greenland reported record earnings in its latest accounting period, which was driven in part by the acquisition of Quin-Sea, the company said in April.
