Polish tilapia producer Global Fish -- once touted as Europe's biggest land-based aquaculture farm -- is turning over a new leaf in its business after experiencing issues marketing its fish.
The company is currently weighing its options but is committed to maintain and expand operations, Yoav Dagan, vice president of AquaMaof Aquaculture Technologies, one of the shareholders in the firm, told IntraFish.
It will either ramp up capacity to an "economy of scale" or switch production to a different species, he said.
