Graal -- a Warsaw-listed producer of canned fish and meat -- signed an agreement Sept. 21 with the Cyprus branch of investment group Ameriprise Holdings for the partial sale of its subsidiary Superfish, and committed to selling off the remaining shares by the end of October.
The company said it sought out the investment to finance its own further investments and acquisitions, which would help it achieve a leading position in Poland's marinated fish market.
