Last week, the World Seafood Congress 2015 was held in Grimsby, Untied Kingdom, with the theme of 'Upskilling for a Sustainable Future.'

It was the first time the biennial event was held in the United Kingdom, and featured a range of speakers from the Center for Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science (CEFAS), the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Seafish, as well as academic establishments, NGOs and industry leaders.

The event also played host to world famous explorer Sir Ranulph Fiennes, who appeared as a special guest to put the finishing touches to the WSC 2015 during the Gala dinner.
