Friedrich von Kaltenborn-Stachau of Hamburg-based law firm Böge Rohde Luebbehuesen (BRL) on Tuesday was named strong insolvency administrator for German frozen fish giant Pickenpack.
The company filed for voluntary bankruptcy proceedings last week and Kaltenborn-Stachau is already on the lookout for potential new investors.
"I'm currently approaching potential investors who would be interested in the operations here in Germany," he told IntraFish, adding he is "confident" he will find someone suitable soon.
Kaltenborn-Stachau declined to share names of potential investors, telling IntraFish "it is too early to reveal any details."
