Pickenpack Europe's insolvency administrator, Friedrich von Kaltenborn-Stachau of Hamburg-based law firm Böge Rohde Luebbehuesen (BRL), remains confident he will reach a deal on a sale by March 1.
In December, BRL hired Ernst & Young as M&A advisors for the sale, and the first potentially interested parties for the plants in Riepe and Luneburg were approached ahead of the Christmas holiday.
Speaking with IntraFish this week, Kaltenborn-Stachau said he was confident the timeline would be kept and that interest has been strong.
