The seminar is the seventh held since 2003; an annual event hosted by the Royal Norwegian Embassy and Norwegian Seafood Export Council (NSEC).
This year, the event was attended by importers, processors, distributors, representatives for sushi chains, chains of family restaurants, supermarket chains, bureaucrats, organization representatives, and researchers. Close to 40 Japanese journalists attended.
After the semina,r it was time for the annual banquet. This has become the place to meet and mingle.
