Pescanova’s minority shareholders are filing a lawsuit against Carlos Federico Sanz, a future director of the company, for "lying" to old Pescanova’s shareholders in order to benefit the creditor banks, which now own 80 percent of the New Pescanova, reports La Voz de Galicia.

A total of 14 minority shareholders are presenting the case in Madrid, led by Lorenzo Ramet, who said Sanz favored majority shareholders granting them higher chances to obtain the approval of a capital increase in the future.
