Old Pescanova’s board of directors named Luis Malo de Molina as its new president, reports Expansion.
In addition, according to a note sent to the Spanish National Security Market Commission (CNMV), the company appointed Alejandro Fernandez as president of the audit committee, and Leopoldo Fernandez as president of the Appointments and Retributions Commission.
The three appointments were proposed at the latest shareholder meeting held on March 23.
