Pedersen: EU membership not a 'free ticket to ride'

Sverre Pedersen, chairman of the Western Norwegian marine farming association More and Romsdal Havbrukslag, maintains if Norway became a member of the European Union it would not mean Norway could just go ahead and produce as much salmon as it wants.
