Although the prices given diverge, the picture is undoubtedly the same: the price drop is continuing.
Last Friday, June 17, IntraFish reported that prices had fallen to around and below NOK 30 (€3.86/$5.49) per kilo for salmon sales of week 25 (June 20-26).
This Friday, most people IntraFish spoke to predicted an even greater fall for salmon sales of week 26.
The most optimistic perspective came from a producer in northern Norway.
