Pacific Andes is in discussions to sell off its Peruvian operations with two buyers each willing to pay an enterprise value of $1.7 billion (€1.6 billion).

On Jan. 4, the group released an execution of deed of undertaking notice with its key bank lenders.

In the note the company said shortly before the appointment of provisional liquidators for its subsidiary China Fishery Group Limited, it was exploring the sale of the China Fishery's Peruvian business and/or assets.

The provisional liquidators appointments notwithstanding, the group had on Dec.
