What were the three most significant business developments for your business in the seafood industry in 2015?

In 2015 we focused on growing our fresh business in Australia and on the market in China. This focus resulted in a 33 percent revenue growth in China, along with positive sales growth in Australia.

In early December we, together with New Zealand Trade & Enterprise, hosted six top Chinese chefs in Nelson. They had the opportunity to come to New Zealand, be in our environment and cook with our fish, and in many cases with species they haven’t cooked with before.
