IntraFish: What were the three most significant developments for your business in the seafood industry in 2014?
Thiraphong Chansiri: Significant growth on M&As: Within the last two quarters this year, we have acquired 100 percent of the three great companies that were highly complimentary to TUF's existing business categories, strengthen our position and act as platform for further growth.
These transactions are in line with our overall strategic targets and which are value accretive to Thai Union Group.
Innovation: In early December 2014, we inaugurated our first Global Innovation Incubator for the Thai Union Group.
