Although North American lobster prices have somewhat recovered from the anemic levels they reached this summer, they are still quite low from a historic standpoint, and suppliers such as Orion Seafood -- one of the biggest lobster suppliers in the United States -- are seeing customer interest in North American lobster growing as a result.
