Omega Protein received a subpoena from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which is seeking documents relating to its Title XI loans.
The SEC wants documents including those relating to the company's public disclosures regarding loan agreements, as well as documents concerning Omega Protein's calculations of its cost of sales for fiscal years 2014 through 2016, reports Reuters.
Omega Protein said it is ready to comply fully with the subpoena.
