Oceanic Institute seeks funding for feed mill

Community support for a proposed research feed mill, which Oceanic Institute (OI) is prepared to build in Hilo, Hawaii, indicates scientists, manufacturers and farmers are looking for cost-effective ways to manage their businesses by reducing the cost of feeds, the largest single cost of production.
