Chilean salmon farmer Nova Austral named a former longtime executive with Newport International Seafood to head up its US sales and business development.
Alex Malaguti took over the role of director of sales and USA business development last month.
Nova Austral, owned by Bain Capital and Altor Equity Partners, is based in Tierra del Fuego, and has gained traction over the past few years for its antibiotic-free salmon.
