Farmed Atlantic salmon prices in Norway edged down towards the end of the week, on additional volume and a lackluster market, industry players told IntraFish.
While price appeared to be up in the middle of the week, they have been falling since this morning.
“This week's price is down,” one European importer told IntraFish. “Exporters are claiming it has not been easy to sell; and it has not been easy to get prices to the farmer.”
The importer is expecting prices to be between NOK 1 (€0.12/$0.14)
